Refunds:

  • Due to our dedication to quality, Royal Pure Nest does not accept returns. Our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, and returned products cannot be reshipped to maintain quality standards. Therefore, refunds are only offered if the incorrect product is shipped.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • No refund or exchange will be given for:
    • Change of mind
    • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in the original condition
    • Incorrect orders made by the recipient
    • Damage, breakage, or powdering of the product due to mishandling in shipment.

Parcels Returned to Us:

  • If a parcel is returned to us, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges (and/or any other charges that may be involved) for sending the item back.

Shipping and Handling:

  • Return shipping costs for incorrect packages will be covered by Royal Pure Nest.
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
  • When contacting us regarding any issues with your order, please provide your order information, including your name, contact details, order number, product name, and the original invoice.

Lost Shipments:

  • Royal Pure Nest is not liable for lost shipments. We recommend using Registered Post for all returns to ensure tracking and delivery confirmation.

Processing Time:

  • Your account will be credited within 7 business days upon receipt of your returned package, subject to the condition that the items are returned in their original state or condition.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once dispatched.
